Just1step is pleased to provide talks on reflexology, stress management or the healing benefits of Aloe Vera. These range from short talks of 20 – 30 minutes to full day workshops where groups of people can be provided training in simple reflexology and stress management techniques to use with family and friends.

Costs vary. A short to talk to local group is usually provided for a donation to charity. A workshop will be priced according to the length of workshop and time needed to prepare any new material, if required.
Recent work has included a five week reflexology workshop for mums at Sure Start teaching basic reflexology techniques to help with teething, colic, adolescence stress and similar childhood problems.
